Pro Sports IQ - Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: October 6th, 2026

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Pro Sports IQ, operated by 2849797 ALBERTA Ltd., is committed to providing a website and digital experience that can be used by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.

We believe sports information, research and analytics should be presented in a clear, understandable and accessible manner.

Accessibility will be considered as Pro Sports IQ continues to develop its website, subscription services, reports and software.

Our Accessibility Goals

We aim to design and maintain our digital services using recognized accessibility practices.

Where reasonably practical, our website will be developed with consideration for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and other accessibility requirements applicable to our operations.

Our accessibility objectives include:

  • clear and consistent page structure;
  • readable typography;
  • sufficient visual contrast;
  • meaningful headings;
  • descriptive links and buttons;
  • keyboard-accessible navigation;
  • appropriate alternative text for meaningful images;
  • labels for forms and interactive controls;
  • understandable error messages;
  • responsive layouts across different screen sizes;
  • support for browser zoom and text enlargement; and
  • avoiding unnecessary reliance on colour alone to communicate important information.

Analytics and Data Visualizations

Pro Sports IQ contains statistics, rankings, probabilities, charts and other data-rich information.

We recognize that analytical interfaces can create particular accessibility challenges.

As the platform develops, we aim where reasonably practical to provide important analytical information in accessible text or structured formats in addition to purely visual representations.

For example, a chart showing a team’s model probability should ideally also provide the relevant probability as readable text.

Keyboard Navigation

We aim for important website navigation and interactive controls to be usable without requiring a mouse.

This includes, where practical:

  • navigation menus;
  • buttons;
  • links;
  • forms;
  • date selectors;
  • subscription controls; and
  • other primary interactive elements.

Images and Graphics

Meaningful images should include appropriate text alternatives where reasonably practical.

Decorative images may be excluded from assistive-technology navigation where appropriate.

Colour and Contrast

Pro Sports IQ aims to maintain sufficient contrast between text and backgrounds and to avoid using colour as the only means of communicating important information.

For example, model confidence should not rely solely on green, yellow or red colouring; descriptive text should also identify the applicable confidence level.

That is particularly relevant to the Sports Sheets interface we’ve been developing and is worth preserving in Pro Sports IQ.

Forms

Website forms should use clear instructions and labels.

Where errors occur, we aim to provide understandable information explaining what needs to be corrected.

Third-Party Content and Services

Some parts of Pro Sports IQ may rely on third-party services, plugins, payment processors, authentication providers, embedded content or external websites.

We may not control the accessibility of third-party services.

Where practical, we will consider accessibility when selecting important third-party services and encourage users experiencing difficulty to contact us.

Desktop Software

Pro Sports IQ may also offer desktop software.

Accessibility capabilities may differ between the website and desktop application.

We intend to continue evaluating accessibility improvements as the desktop product develops.

Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process.

Technology, accessibility standards and Pro Sports IQ itself will continue to evolve.

We may periodically review our website and digital products and make accessibility improvements as issues are identified.

Feedback and Assistance

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of Pro Sports IQ, encounter an accessibility barrier, or require assistance accessing information available through our website, please contact us.

When contacting us, it may be helpful to include:

  • the page or feature you were trying to access;
